The young ones all have them. They walk about with head lowered to one side and hand about the ear. But the real problem is the ones behind the wheel of a moving car. I saw a girl yesterday at a very busy roundabout cutting out into the traffic flow with one hand at her ear and lips moving. I suppose I should have admired her skill but I'm afraid I was too busy trying to avoid her rear bumper. I don't think she noticed how near she came to having her wing clipped.
